Boxes

Linux VMs you reach over SSH, for development, long jobs and agents. Snapshotted every night, with 7 days kept, and restorable in one command.

Runners

Self-hosted GitHub Actions runners for your own repos, with a persistent cache. You register them with your own GitHub, and af never holds the token.

Private Lane

Everything you create lives in your Lane. Nobody else can see or reach it, it is reachable only from your own devices, and isolation is audited.

Quick start

Section titled “Quick start”

  1. Join the private network. Accept the invite your admin sends and turn on Tailscale on your laptop.

  2. Install af from the link in your setup message, and check its sha256.

  3. Log in and add your SSH key.

  4. Create your first Box and step in.
